FAQ

Who can use SLRIL?

Clinicians, trainees, students, researchers, and allied imaging staff may register for educational access. Publishing cases is limited to AVRSSL staff through the Admin Portal.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Anyone can browse published cases. Sign in to mark cases as interested, post in discussion, or download a watermarked image.

Why are images watermarked?

Watermarks mark the files as AVRSSL educational material and discourage unauthorized reuse. Operating-system screenshots cannot be blocked on the web.

Are patients identifiable?

Contributors must remove patient identifiers, and editors review images and descriptions before publication. A case number alone does not anonymize an image. Do not attempt to identify patients; report any privacy concern to AVRSSL using the Terms page contact.

How do I save a case for later?

Open the case, choose Mark as interested, then open your User Dashboard to review the list.
